Also known as Japanese mustard, red Mizuna microgreens have a delicate peppery flavour and are popularly used in salads, soups, and sandwiches. They’re loaded with protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, making them an incredibly beneficial addition to any healthy diet. The microgreen laves have striking reddish brown specks with white stem.
