Pea microgreens are incredibly healthy for you. They’re known to protect you against chronic illnesses, boost your heart health, and give you a healthy dose of protein.

Flavour: Pea microgreens are sweet and tender, making wonderful garnish to any dish. Pea sprouts, however, can be bitter. Therefore, if you do not like bitter food, we recommend growing the pea as microgreens.
Popular uses: Salads, soups, sandwiches, smoothies and garnishes. Pea greens are very popular in Chinese stir-fry.
