Parsley microgreens are some of the slowest types of microgreens or sprouts to grow. They average at around 5 to 7 cm in length and are bright green in colour with 2 to 3 small leaflets at the end of their stems. Parsley microgreens are popularly used as a garnish to add fresh flavour to a variety of cuisines. They are known to taste bright and crisp, with a grassy aroma.   

Can be cultivated as microgreens only
​Difficulty: hard as it takes around 10 days before germination begins
​Soaking for microgreens: Direct sowing onto growing medium
Microgreens: Ready from 21 days
Flavour: Crisp and grassy flavour.
