Flavour: Alfalfa, Broccoli Calabrese, Red Cabbage, Cress and Red Kale are mild in flavour. Mustard and rocket has a delicate peppery flavour. Pea microgreens are sweet and tender. Radish Vulcano is spicy whilst rapeseed has a slightly nutty flavour.
